ഡോ കെ ജി ബാലകൃഷ്ണൻ

ഒന്നുമൊന്നുമതൊന്നുതന്നെയെ-
ന്നെണ്ണുമെന്നുമതിൻ പൊരുൾ
ഇന്നുമിന്നലെ നാളെയിങ്ങനെ-
യെന്നുമെന്നും നിരന്തരം
നീളെ നീളെയിക്കാലജാലത്തിൻ
മേളമെത്ര ചിതചിത്രണം!
നൃത്തമെന്നു ചിലർ
ചിത്രമെന്നു ചിലർ
വൃത്തമെന്നു ചിലർ;
ഹൃത്തടം
സത്യമോതുമതു
കാലമെന്നു ചിലർ;
നീളമെന്നു ചില-
രോളമെന്നു ചിലർ
മേളമെന്നു ചിലർ
കേളിയെന്നു ചിലർ-
മൂകമൂകസുഖ സാന്ത്വനം!!

ഇവിടെ *ബ്രിസ്ബനിലിരുന്ന് കേരളം-
അല്ല-
ഭാരതം മുഴുവ-
നാടുമാ
നൂറു നൂറു നിറകോമരം
തുള്ളലോൺ ലൈൻ
കാൺകെ,
രാപ്പകൽ
വേല ചെയ്യൂമീ
ധാര കാൺകെ,
ഇവിടെ
ഈ
മനുഷ്യരുടെ,
(അവരിൽ നമ്മുടെ
കേരളീയരും- !
അല്ല ഭാരതീയരും)
കേളികൊട്ടെത്ര
സുന്ദരം!

ഇന്നുദിക്കാതെയെങ്ങനെ
നാളെയെത്തുന്നു!
എന്നുടെ
മുന്നിലുള്ള
കടങ്കഥ!
